Ground floor flat nestled in a century old building. This flat has balconies overlooking the pine trees and typical Pornichet villa. It is composed of a bedroom with balcony, a beautiful bathroom, access for disabled people is facilitated with WC. It is equipped with a full kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooking and serving equipment for 4 people. A bed in the living room for 2 persons is possible, the access to the beach at 2 minutes on foot, and the calmness make of this renting a favourable place to rest. This accommodation is equipped with a washing machine. All rooms are air-conditioned and wifi is available throughout the flat. The flat offers a parking space for disabled people at an additional cost as well as access to the spa-hammam, subject to availability and at an additional cost.
