The kitchen has all the essentials and appliances needed to prepare meals: extractor hood, stovetop, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, etc. The kitchen bar is perfect for enjoying your dishes. The bathroom also includes a washing machine, while the bedroom offers a double bed for restful nights.

Bed and bath linens are provided for your comfort. We remind you that a private parking space is included in the rental. A security deposit will be requested via a secure link to finalize your booking and receive the access codes.

For extra flexibility, an early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a one-time fee of €10, subject to availability and prior agreement with our team.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Access may be more challenging for guests with reduced mobility or those carrying large luggage.

Check-in is self-service from 4:00 PM for your convenience, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM.

This property is managed by Home Rouen, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We provide:
