This 65m² flat has a bright living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms and a shower room with WC.
As soon as you enter, you'll be welcomed into a bright, modern space, tastefully decorated to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The fully-equipped kitchen will enable you to prepare delicious meals with ease, thanks to its many facilities including oven, microwave, cooker, fridge, dishwasher and a wide selection of kitchen utensils. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

Rouen's Vieux-Marché district is one of the city's most emblematic and historic areas, with its famous square, the church of Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc and its Halles (covered market). The terraces of these establishments offer pleasant views over the square and are ideal for relaxing.

From the Place du Vieux Marché in Rouen, it's easy to get around!
1. Bus: Several bus routes pass near the Place du Vieux Marché.
Lines such as the F2, F3, 6, and 7 can take you to various destinations in Rouen and the surrounding area.
2. Metro: The Palais de Justice metro station is just a few minutes' walk from the Place du Vieux Marché. You can take line T1 or Appartement from this station to other parts of the city.
3. Tram: Although the tram does not run directly through the Place du Vieux Marché, you can easily walk to one of the nearest tram stations, such as ‘Palais de Justice’.
## Notes
Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the third floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.
Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures no later than 11am.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the flat, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
