On the 1st floor of a secure building (no lift), this 20m2 flat comprises a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with en-suite shower room and separate WC.

The fitted and equipped kitchen (small fridge, microwave/grill, two ceramic hobs, kettle, filter coffee maker, kitchen utensils) opens onto the living area. The living room has plenty of storage space, a sofa area and a coffee table that can be folded up and used as a high table.

The separate bedroom has a double bed (140x200) and the shower room has a vanity unit, towel rail and shower. The WC is separate.

The accommodation is equipped with fibre optics and a smart television for easy access to all your applications (Canal+, Netflix, Deezer, YouTube, etc.).

For medium and long stays, the building has a washing machine and tumble dryer available free of charge. An ironing board and iron are also available on request.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets around the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

Located on Place Cauchoise in the heart of Rouen Rive Droite, this lovely, fully renovated two-bedroom apartment is ideally situated for discovering and enjoying the city of Rouen.

Just 10 minutes‘ walk from Rouen station, 7 minutes from the Rive Droite quays and 5 minutes’ walk from the famous, lively Place du Vieux Marché, you'll enjoy all the pleasures of Rouen life: local shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, museums, sports hall, etc.

Public transport nearby :

Metro: The nearest metro station is just a few minutes' walk away, giving you quick access to popular areas such as the city centre, the station or shopping areas.

Bus: There are several bus routes in the immediate vicinity of Place Cauchoise, including routes 3, 4 and 5. These routes serve various points of interest, making it easy to get around Rouen and to the surrounding towns and villages.

TEOR: The TEOR line, a high service level bus service, is also nearby. It allows you to travel comfortably and quickly throughout the metropolis, with strategic stops linking key areas of the city.

Accessibility: Whether you want to visit Rouen's magnificent cathedral, stroll through Old Rouen or discover museums, everything is within easy reach thanks to an efficient transport network.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the 1st floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.

Arrivals are independent for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
