On the ground floor, entrance side, the apartment opens onto the floor, balcony side. With a surface area of 35 m², it has three separate sleeping areas that can accommodate 5/6 people with a bedroom, a mountain corner, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with separate toilet. Its large south-east balcony gives you a pleasant view of the Aravis mountain range. The ski bus stop, 100 m from the residence, gives you easy access to the village center or the slopes. The leisure center is only 300 m from the residence, with its heated swimming pool (summer/winter), tennis courts, and treetop adventure course (summer).
It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the village center. The road is safe and lit at night.
