CM301 1* 40 m² apartment, sleeps 6, well-equipped with covered garage. In a mountain residence at the top of the resort, 5 minutes from the ski lifts. Ski-in ski-out access is at the bottom of the building and a shuttle bus stop in winter.
Apartment composed of a living room (with access to a large south-facing terrace), dining area, a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, television; an open-plan kitchen with a mini oven, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob + extractor fan, refrigerator. Large entrance with 4 bunk beds (reserved for children, not suitable for adults) + 1 single bed; a shower room and separate toilet. No WiFi.
Access to the ski room at the entrance to the residence.
Ski slope access at the foot of the residence.
WINTER: Sheets and towels included in rentals of 5 days or more. SUMMER: Optional.
The departure cleaning must be carried out by you or at an additional cost.
