Magnificent 53 square meter apartment located in the 14th arrondissement of Paris.
Array: Can accommodate up to 6 people, it is ideal for a family.
Access is independent.
Very good stay :)
Located on the 5th floor with elevator, it includes:
- PMR access;
- two bedrooms with two double beds;
- a functional shower room with separate toilet;
- a semi-open and fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining room;
- an office;
- and a lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its calm and its unobstructed view of the top of the Eiffel Tower.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, Television, Washing machine and Oven.
The apartment is located near the metro station "Porte de Vanves" (line 13).
For your everyday shopping, a "Carrefour Market" supermarket is a 6-minute walk away.

The 14th arrondissement is a large, largely residential area, yet it also includes some of Paris's most famous attractions. The 14th arrondissement is home to the Montparnasse tower, train station, and cemetery. It's also home to the Catacombs district, the lively Denfert-Rochereau, and Rue Daguerre, with its cafés and small boutiques that will remind you of Rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement. It's also home to the Cité Universitaire, the Porte d'Orléans district, and Parc Montsouris.
