Located on the residence's garden level (apartment access: go down two flights of stairs), this 27m² mountain apartment comprises a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps two), a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.

This vacation rental is located at the foot of the Flumet ski slopes, attached to the Espace Diamant (accessible on foot and by ski). It is about 5 kilometers from Praz-sur-Arly and about 3 kilometers from the village of Flumet. A private parking space and ski locker are provided, and the residence has an indoor swimming pool open during the tourist season.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
