The house is located in the heart of the magnificent Côte de Penthièvre, a true natural treasure where you can explore superb sandy beaches, coastal paths, and exceptional panoramas. Whether you're a fan of hiking, water sports, or simply looking for an idyllic setting to recharge your batteries, the Côte de Penthièvre will seduce you with its unspoiled beauty and breathtaking landscapes.

On the ground floor:
- A large, bright living room with lounge (sofa, armchairs, WiFi) and dining table for 10 people;
