Villa Nensi offers a luxurious and modern retreat in the charming location of Grebaštica, providing an exceptional holiday experience for up to 12 guests. This spacious property boasts 200 square meters of meticulously designed living space, complemented by a generous 400 square metre plot that ensures privacy and comfort.

The villa features five beautifully appointed bedrooms with nine beds, including three queen-size beds, four individual beds, and two sofa beds, accommodating various group configurations. Four well-equipped bathrooms, including three with showers, one with a bathtub and one separate toilet, ensure convenience and comfort for all guests.

Guests can enjoy numerous amenities, including a private heated swimming pool measuring 9x6 meters, a sun terrace, and a jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are enhanced by garden furniture, a barbecue area, and a fenced plot, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The property also offers floor heating, air conditioning, and electric radiators for year-round comfort.
