"Klassik ", 4-room chalet 110 m2. Bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: dining room. 3 double bedrooms, each room with satellite TV (flat screen). Living room with tiled stove. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. 2 showers, 2 sep. WC's. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. 2 small balconies 6 m2. Balcony furniture, box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. The chalet has an infrared deep heat cabin.
Child friendly chalet "Gradonna Mountain Resort", 1'450 m a.s.l.. 4 km from the centre of Kals, 36 km from the centre of Lienz, on a slope, directly by the skiing area. For shared use: property with plants, indoor pool heated (seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 31.Oct.). Nat. Swimm. Pond. In the house: reception, restaurant, bar, fitness room, massage (extra). Steam room (extra). Breakfast and half board possible (extra). E-charging station. Shop 4 km, bus stop "Kals a. G. Abzw Burg" 2.5 km. Slopes 10 m. Please note: entertainment. Childminding (included).
