4-room farmhouse 130 m2. Object suitable for 6 adults. Cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with satellite TV, flat screen and wood-burning stove. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and tiled stove. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table and wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and electric heater. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: sauna. Please note: non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The wood stove is a pellet stove. The sauna has an outside entrance.

Private: natural state property with meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Bumpy, steep motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house.
