"Della Posta Cervo Giardino", 3-room apartment 70 m2. Spacious, simple and rustic furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV (flat screen). Large kitchen-/living room (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Exit to the garden, to the patio. Bath/WC. Electric heating, boiler (200 litres). Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small patio. Terrace furniture. View of the countryside and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Rossa 20 km from Roveredo (GR): Old, rustic house "Casa della Posta", 1'080 m a.s.l.. In the resort Rossa, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery 6.4 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Linie 215 Grono - Rossa" 50 m, railway station "SBB-CFF Bellinzona" 30 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Parco Val Calanca, Castelli di Bellinzona (UNESCO). Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Laghetti Calvaresc, Trescolmen e Stabi, torrente Calancasca con belle spiaggette.
