Large living/dining room 80 m2 with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, cable TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Sep. WC. Heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 french bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and double hand-basin. 1 large room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC.
