Magnificent 100 square meter accommodation located in Briançon.

Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it includes:
- three bedrooms with three double beds, one single bed, one double inflatable mattress and one child's bed;
- a bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a living room with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking.
A small shared garden allows you to organize an outdoor meal in summer and make snowmen in winter.
The following amenities will be at your disposal: Parking, Baby bed, Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave and Oven.
Please note that sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost. A large cellar allows you to store sports equipment (large enough to store around ten bikes without any problem).
Arrivals are possible until 8 p.m.

- 5 minutes walk from a Leclerc shopping center;
- 15 minutes from Parc de la Schappe (with children's games, lake, treetop adventure course and via ferrata);

- near the start of the Serre-chevalier slopes (15 minutes on foot without elevation gain or 5 minutes by car);
- less than 10 minutes by car from an ice rink, a swimming pool and a cinema;
- Very close to the SNCF train station and the bus station providing access to the entire Serre-Chevalier valley, to other valleys and to Italy.

A land of passage, at the crossroads of five high Alpine valleys, Briançon became a fortified town in the 14th century. A Dauphiné town, home to important fairs, it is the capital of the Escartons. Located at the convergence of five valleys - Haute-Durance, Guisane, Clarée, Ayes, and Cerveyrette - the town of Briançon occupies a remarkable geographical location.
The radiating structure of these valleys offered the city relatively easy external access very early on: towards Provence, Queyras, Isère, Drôme and present-day Italy.
This dense communications network has long made Briançon a land of passages, an important crossroads in the heart of the Alpine massif, offering the best conditions for the movement of people, the traffic of goods and the exchange of cultures. Easily accessible from the Serre-Chevalier resort, you can enter the highest fortified town in Europe through the Porte de Pignerol, at an altitude of 1,326m and be welcomed by the Heritage Service, which offers you varied guided tours at 3 p.m. every day, led by tour guides approved by the Ministry of Culture, in French, English, Italian (German and Spanish for groups).
