Charming mountain corner studio, renovated with great taste, located in a residence with elevator, in the center of the village of Les Carroz.
This spacious studio located on the 2nd floor, with a surface area of 25.85 m², offers two separate sleeping areas that can accommodate 4 people, with a mountain corner independent of the living room/dining room/kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Its south-facing balcony of 5.20 m².
Ideally located 100m from the village square, you can enjoy the resort's activities while being in peace and quiet.
On the ground floor of the residence, you will find several shops including our agency, a bakery, a cheese shop selling Savoyard products, our ski partner JM Location as well as a very good Italian restaurant.
