On the ground floor, a shower room, a large, bright living room with an American kitchen opening onto a large, comfortable living room with sofas, a family table, a flat-screen TV, and a separate toilet.
The spacious and very modern kitchen is fully equipped. It consists of 4 ceramic hobs, a traditional oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator, coffee machine.
