It is 5 minutes from the ESF lessons and the Piou Piou club, 3 minutes from the shops and is at the foot of the slopes.
On the ground floor it has a separate kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a spacious bedroom with two bunk beds and two balconies (living room and bedroom).
