This brand new apartment is ideally located in the heart of Antibes' old town, in the pedestrian area, where you will find shops, restaurants, bars, art exhibitions, a marina, a Provençal market and much more just a few steps away. It is just a few minutes from Place Nationale and Port Vauban.
Renovated in July 2024, it can accommodate up to four people!

This apartment, located on the second floor of the building without elevator, is composed as follows:
- Living room, internet, comfortable sofa bed for 2 people
- Open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, hotplates and utensils
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink (the bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom)
- Storage space for your clothes during your stay

- Beautiful terrace accessible from the living room and the bedroom
This apartment features air conditioning in the bedroom and a separate private laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and clothes horse. This laundry room is located on the ground floor (in the building), but not inside the apartment.
No parking.
