The building is located in Gran Canaria, one of the most beautiful islands in the Canary Islands. It will be inaugurated in July 2023 and is owned by the municipality of Telde, between the beaches of Melenara (140 meters away) and Salinetas (250 meters away). Sustainability, accessibility, and smart locks have been taken into account to eliminate the potential problems that keys can cause.
Melenara Beach is 350 meters long and 30 meters wide, with black volcanic sand and a wide range of restaurants that will allow you to enjoy the rich and varied local cuisine. Melenara is a quiet and very familiar beach, with parking and a spa, with bathing service, adapted for the disabled, lifeguard service throughout the year, children's playground and Blue Flag.
