A luxury designer three-room apartment ideally located on one of the most famous boulevards in Antibes, this apartment accommodates 4 people.

This apartment is located in the center of Antibes, on the famous Boulevard Albert Ier, connecting the city center, the old town, and the Salis district. This accommodation is ideal for your business trips or your family vacations!
This accommodation is composed of:
- Entrance opening onto kitchen, sleeping area, living room
- Fully equipped independent kitchen opening onto a balcony for dining together (hob, oven, microwave, espresso machine).
- Living room with a large, very pleasant corner sofa, TV WITHOUT CHANNELS, ONLY BY WIFI ON MOLOTOV, YOUTUBE, NETFLIX.., WIFI and a dining area with a beautiful dining table for 4 people located in the living room opening onto a spacious balcony.
The sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: double bed with wardrobe storage, storage unit, view overlooking the interior courtyard of the residence.
- Separate WC with sink
- Shower room: walk-in shower, double sink
- Bedroom 2: separated from the living room by a sliding door; double bed, single bed, storage with wardrobe, balcony crossing with the living room.
I am available by phone and WhatsApp and can come to you if needed throughout your stay. I will be waiting for you in front of the residence entrance to welcome you and give you the keys upon your arrival. Please note that check-in is no later than 8 p.m.
Guests have access to the entire apartment except for the closets in the hallway for the owner's personal use.
The apartment is located on Boulevard Albert Ier in Antibes, just 500 meters from Place du Général de Gaulle and 650 meters from the famous Picasso Museum located in the old town of Antibes.
In the surrounding area, you'll find numerous shops, restaurants, and amenities. This location is ideal because it's right next to old Antibes, nestled within the ramparts of this historic district, where it's a joy to wander.
Bus stop 200 (to/from Nice Airport) is a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
The train station is located a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
To fully enjoy these small pedestrian streets, I recommend that you park your vehicle in one of the private car parks such as Vinci located a few meters from the apartment.
We offer luxury services, sheets and shower towels are included in the rental price.
Housekeeping is also included in the rental price. Dishes must be cleaned and trash disposed of.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
