Majorcan holiday home with swimming pool for 6 people.
This authentically rustic holiday home is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Sineu, on a quiet side street. It offers 200 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to 6 people. Upon entering the house, you enter a spacious living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, a TV with satellite channels, and Wi-Fi. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for preparing delicious Mediterranean dishes. The living room is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, as is the entrance area, from where the bedrooms can be cooled or heated.
The 3 bedrooms are also located on the ground floor (1x 1 double bed, 21x2 single beds). There are 2 bathrooms with shower at your disposal, one of which is outside.
The spacious 1,500 m² outdoor area offers a variety of options. The kitchen leads to the terrace with a dining area. In the garden, typical Mediterranean trees provide ample shade, and at the right time of year, you can enjoy their fruit. You can cool off in the large 2x1.5 meter swimming pool.
At the end of the garden there is a large barbecue area with a dining area and an outdoor refrigerator.
There is also a garage for 2 cars and bicycles. Through the garage, you can easily enter the house.
In just a few minutes' walk you will reach the centre of Sineu with its pleasant cafes and restaurants and numerous shops.
