Villa in Santa Margarita, perfect for families with children, very safe location.
It is located in the north of the island in an excellent area for inland and beach tourism.
The house is very spacious, with an open kitchen and living room, and is fully equipped so you won't miss anything during your vacation. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Outside there is a beautiful area for children where they will do nothing but have fun, there are toys, slide, swing, sandpit......
For older children, there is also a ping-pong table.
The swimming pool (4x8) is fully fenced to ensure the safety of the little ones.
There is also a barbecue area and garden furniture so you can enjoy the best meals with family or friends.
TO CONSIDER:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity is included (3 kw/day per person).
