Beautiful and comfortable Villa located in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, in Salobre Golf.
Welcoming 102 m² villa located in an ideal destination to leave our worries behind and focus on enjoying the tranquility and scenery it offers us.
The very bright house consists of a comfortable living room with a modern and integrated kitchen, two spacious double bedrooms, with large single beds, two complete bathrooms, one very large with bathtub and shower and the other complete with shower.
The fully equipped accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people and has everything you need, such as 3 smart TVs, unlimited Wi-Fi internet connection, a hairdryer and an iron for a wonderful and comfortable stay.
The living room also has a large round dining table as well as a small work area with a table and chair for comfortable working.
The spacious American-style kitchen is fully integrated into the living room and is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The house has several windows that offer magnificent views of the outdoors. The garden has a beautiful porch with a dining table and armchairs overlooking the magnificent golf course, where you can enjoy wonderful evenings, another area with hammocks and a private pool, and another with armchairs and a small table in the sun.
It's only a 10-minute drive to Maspalomas and its dune beach, or Meloneras, with its wonderful seafront promenade full of shops and restaurants. Playa del Inglés, 15 minutes away, is also a wonderful beach to explore.
If we talk about leisure options other than golf, you can find the "Holidayworld Maspalomas" amusement park just 12 km away or the "Aqualand Maspalomas" water park 15 km away.
To get to know other beautiful parts of the island a little better:
26 km from the village of "Fataga", 30 km from the "Parque Natural de Pilancones", 32 km from the "Pueblo de Mogán", and 72 km from the natural park "Parque Natural de Tamadaba" among many other places to visit, as well as the capital of the island at 45 km.
