The 40 m² accommodation includes a bedroom that can accommodate 2 people, a bathroom, and a living room with a fitted kitchen. It is cozy with a view of the 20 m² garden, where you can enjoy pleasant evenings and sunny days.
It is located 50m from the sandy beach "San Agustín", with very easy access. Ideal for family holidays.

Even its nights are placid as they do not experience the typical hustle and bustle of a tourist area. San Agustín Beach is perfect for relaxing for several days, but if its tranquility is not enough, you will find one of the largest thalassotherapy centers on the island just a few steps away.
Along its long promenade, which connects to the south with the tourist center of Playa del Inglés, you'll also find numerous terraces, bars, and restaurants where you can enjoy a meal.
