Beautiful 3-bedroom holiday home with a private garden and pool, located in a secure residence just a 5-minute drive from the beaches and shops. You'll love its spacious layout and high-quality amenities.
Accommodation classified 4* by the Tourist Office*
- Entrance with guest WC
- Air-conditioned living/dining room with sofas including 1 sofa bed (140cm), armchairs, flat screen television, decorative fireplace, dining area and direct access to the terrace
- Fully equipped American kitchen with sink, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, American fridge, dishwasher, various dishes, etc.
- Air-conditioned master suite (160cm) with bathroom (bath + shower) and WC, closet - Access to terrace and swimming pool
- Air-conditioned bedroom 2 (2x90cm or 180cm) with closet
- Air-conditioned bedroom 3 (160cm) with closet
- Shower room with shower, sink and toilet

If you wish to arrive outside of these hours, it is imperative to inquire before booking.
Options (order possible up to 7 days before arrival):
- Pool heating: €200/week ***
- Double bed sheet rental: €25/bed/stay (beds not made)
- Single bed sheet rental: €20/bed/stay (beds not made)
- Rental of “simple” towels (1 large + 1 small towel): €15/person/stay
- “Complete” towel rental (single kit + 1 beach towel): €20/person/stay
- Baby kit (limited quantities): €30 provision of the item + €10/additional item, chosen from:

*** Pool heating is only available from June to September, depending on weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse pool heating at any time prior to arrival if we deem weather conditions unsuitable. Any cancellation must be requested at least 15 days prior to arrival, otherwise the service will be due in full. Any last-minute request (less than 7 days prior to arrival) will incur a €50 surcharge for the professional's unforeseen travel. Please contact us for any additional information on this subject.
