Beautiful and comfortable 65m² apartment with a communal pool, in perfect condition and enjoying an excellent location, just a few meters from the sea, in Puerto de Pollensa. The property is located in Club del Sol, just a few minutes' walk from its spectacular bay.
We found the apartment on the ground floor of the building. The charming apartment is divided into two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, suitable for two people. The spacious living/dining room has a window opening onto the terrace with garden views, letting in natural light practically at all hours of the day. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. Note that it has hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi internet access included. It also has satellite TV in several languages: Spanish, English, German, French...
Puerto de Pollença is located 1 kilometer from the apartment and is very well connected if you don't want to bring a car; there is a bus stop just 100 meters away. The long, wide sandy beach is 2 km away.
Please note: An additional cleaning fee of €90 per stay is charged, and electricity is paid separately at market rate, which is deducted from the security deposit. Ecotax is not included.
