Located in the Avrières Bas residence in Montchavin, 150m from the slopes and resort center. Close to the Montchavin cable car.
Divisible studio with an area of 27m2 for 4/5 people, on the ground floor.
This renovated divisible studio on the ground floor and close to the slopes consists of a fully equipped kitchenette renovated in 2024 (ceramic hob, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster), a renovated bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
The dining room features a pull-out sofa bed, while the living room features a 140cm sofa bed. The sliding partition creates two separate sleeping areas.
The cabin area consists of a set of bunk beds (not suitable for children under 6 years old).
The living room opens onto a small terrace with a view of the valley.
