Urb. San Juan de Capistrano is a well-known urbanization in Nerja, located at the foot of the Sierra Tejeda-Almijara Natural Park. It consists of approximately 500 houses of varying sizes and types, and was designed as a reproduction of a typical white Mediterranean village, with wide avenues, well-kept green areas, narrow streets full of flowers, and an Andalusian feel. It consists of a large communal swimming pool for adults and a children's pool. Next to the pool, there is a large green area where you can rent sunbeds or grab a bite to eat at one of the various poolside snack bars. It also has a supermarket a few meters away and a large restaurant that caters only to groups. Approximately 2 km from the beach and the urban area of Nerja, it has an urban bus service every 45 minutes that includes the center of Nerja or its renowned beaches on its route.
