Fantastic, minimalist, detached house of 600m2, just 150 meters from one of the best beaches in the north of Mallorca. Playas de Muro is among the 100 best beaches in the world, specifically at number 17.
An ideal villa for relaxing families and groups of friends, accommodating 12 people and babies.
It has 4 bedrooms with a 150 cm double bed and two bedrooms with two 90 cm single bunk beds each.
Each room has a wardrobe and a safe.
In the property there are 2 bathrooms with 200cmx90cm wide shower and two separate toilets.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with a plasma TV with multilingual channels and free Wi-Fi, and a magnificent, modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen. All are made with top-quality materials.
Hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms and bedrooms.
The pool is 14 m long and 2.80 cm wide, with a depth of 0.80 to 1.70 cm. It is completely enclosed by a stainless steel railing, as a safety measure for children. The terrace has a solarium with loungers and hammocks for sunbathing and a large barbecue to enjoy the best Mallorcan meats.
Next to the pool there is a private children's play area and a ping-pong table for the enjoyment of young and old.
There is private parking for 3 cars.
In the surroundings of the villa there are beach clubs, restaurants serving Mallorcan and international cuisine, a pharmacy and a large supermarket called Eroski.
