This lovely country house is located in a beautiful location, with quick and easy access to the beaches of Binibeca and Binisafúa (less than 5 minutes by car) and Punta Prima (10 minutes by car). Furthermore, it is located just 3 km from the town of Sant Lluís and 5 km from Mahón, the capital, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and stores of all kinds.
Outside:
The outdoor area of this property is very spacious, charming, and boasts a beautiful garden. The pool (4 m x 8.5 m) is surrounded by a sandstone floor and large grassy areas all around. It has various seating areas, all comfortable and well-appointed. On the living room porch there is a table with chairs for dining in the shade and two areas with comfortable furniture for relaxing. In addition, near the pool, there is another porch with a table with benches and a barbecue.

Main house on the floor: 1 double bedroom (180 cm) with a small terrace with beautiful views of the countryside and the sea, with a large dressing room and a complete en-suite bathroom with two different shower and bathtub units.
Annex next to the swimming pool: small kitchen, 1 bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and a bathroom with shower.
