A wonderful and peaceful location, right in front of the Mediterranean Sea with magnificent sea views.
Playa de la Lucera is an urbanization located directly on the Mediterranean Sea. Built in the 1970s, the buildings feature typical Spanish architecture, and the outdoor areas are peaceful, with beautiful, well-maintained gardens and a swimming pool.
The apartment is located 30 meters from the beach with stunning sea views.
The apartment is located on the corner of a ground-level apartment block, directly next to the pool. Ideal for families who need to keep an eye on the little ones while enjoying the pool.
When you enter the apartment through a small hallway, you will find the kitchen on the right side, with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, refrigerator and freezer. To the left, you will find a bedroom facing north with two single beds of 1.90 * 90 and a bathroom. The second bedroom faces south and has a double bed of 1.50 * 1.90 and bathroom. From this room you have direct access to a terrace with views of the sea and the beach.
Additionally, from this bright hallway, you can enjoy stunning sea views. The functional living area features two sofas and a dining table for four. Moving through the living room, sliding doors provide access to the south-facing community garden, as well as beach access.

The outdoor patio is a comfortable space that includes a round table for four people to dine on the Mediterranean while enjoying a view.

Baby bed and high chair:
We would like to inform you that we are happy to arrange a high chair and baby bed for you. The price for one week is 30 euros. For two weeks, it is 50 euros, including sheets. Ask at the office.
Change sheets and towels:
If you require a change of sheets and towels during your stay, please notify us when you make your reservation. The price is 10 euros per person.
Payment: Visa & MasterCard credit/debit cards, bank transfer.
