Capacity for 6 people.
It offers 185 m² of living space. The living room features a comfortable interior with a fireplace, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. It connects to a large dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped.
In total, there are 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2x2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower. One bedroom and one bathroom are on the ground floor, the rest are upstairs. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
This beautiful finca has a 5x10 meter swimming pool so you can cool off on hot summer days, a barbecue area and a wonderfully maintained landscaped outdoor area.
TO CONSIDER:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 Kwh/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is required.
- Parties are not allowed.
