Newly renovated studio apartment 200 meters from Las Canteras beach. Kitchen, living room, and bedroom are integrated into a single, cozy, and bright space. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a table where you can enjoy your meals. The Smart TV has access to Apple TV so you can enter your passwords and access your favorite series and movies. The kitchen is FULLY EQUIPPED with an oven, microwave, very large refrigerator, washer/dryer, etc. The BEDROOM integrated into the living room has a 150 cm bed that can be raised and left open. The bathroom is independent and has a shower and toilet.
The apartment is located on the floor of a six-story building. It is ideal for couples and remote workers.
Please note that to access the elevator from the front door, there are 5 steps.

PLAYA DE LAS CANTERAS is considered one of the best urban beaches in the world. Facing northwest, the beach delights its bathers with the most beautiful sunsets possible. It is over 3 km long. While one half of the beach is ideal for activities such as surfing and paddleboarding, the other is perfect for swimming, diving, and stand-up paddleboarding, as it is protected by an iconic volcanic reef ("La Barra") a quarter of a mile from the coast. It is the ideal place for diving, as its seabed is a protected area. You can enjoy immersing yourself in its delicate ecosystem where the water temperature does not drop below 19ºC in winter.
