The apartment is located on the floor. To access the building, there are four steps before reaching the elevator.
The living-dining room faces the sea, from where you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea and the beach, as well as dreamy sunsets with the island of Tenerife in the background and its majestic Teide (Spain's highest mountain). The living room has a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, a large dining table, which can also be used for teleworking, and six comfortable chairs. High-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV allow you to stay connected and, if you wish, telework while enjoying the view.
Adjacent to the dining room is the balcony which has been enclosed to enlarge the living space, but open the windows and you will feel the sea breeze and watch life go by on the bustling promenade with the beach in the background.
