The property is located 150 m from the sandy beach, 100 m from the city center, 9 km from the Empordà Golf Club golf course, 25 km from Flaçà train station and 55 km from Girona – Costa Brava airport.
It has an elevator, garden, terrace with furniture, shared swimming pool + paddling pool, TV, Internet access subject to availability (10€/day).
