The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people, making it an ideal choice for couples, small families, or groups of friends. With a surface area of 60 m², it offers a comfortable and welcoming space where you will feel right at home during your stay.
The location is simply perfect, as it is just 300 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of L'Estartit, where you can enjoy the sun, the sea, and the sea breeze. In addition, you will be just a short walk from a supermarket and several restaurants, giving you easy access to everything you need during your stay.
If you are a nature lover, you will be delighted to know that the apartment is located just 1 km from the Medes, Montgrí and Baix Ter Islands Natural Park, where you can explore stunning natural landscapes and enjoy outdoor activities.
The apartment is equipped with all the amenities you need. It has an elevator for easy access, a pleasant terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view, and a TV for entertainment.
