Welcome to our apartment in Estartit! This comfortable 70 m² apartment is ideal for families or groups of up to 5 people. With its two bedrooms and a large 40 m² terrace with direct access to the pool, you can enjoy your vacation in complete comfort.
Our apartment is located in a residential area just 100 meters from the center of L'Estartit and 300 meters from the sandy beach. There is also a supermarket just 120 meters away and a wide variety of shops and restaurants nearby.
The accommodation has covered parking in the same building for added convenience. It also has garden furniture and a shared swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the good weather.
Inside the apartment, you'll find a warm atmosphere with heat pump heating and air conditioning throughout. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a juicer, has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes.
Bed linens are included in the rental price. You can also add towels to your reservation for an additional €5 per person. Internet access can be arranged for an additional €10 per day (subject to availability).
