It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds, a bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room, and a terrace. There is a communal pool and parking space, essential for conveniently parking your car.
It has an elevator, garden, 5 m² terrace, iron, heat pump heating, air conditioning, communal swimming pool + children, outdoor parking in the same building, television. If needed, internet access can be provided for an additional 10€/day, subject to availability.
The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
It is located in the center of L'Estartit and just 100 meters from the beach. Close to shops, restaurants, and all kinds of services.
Bed linen is included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when booking for €4 per person.
