Welcome to a modern and spacious duplex in Estartit! With 3 bedrooms, this apartment can accommodate 6/8 people and offers a comfortable living space of 82 m².
Ideally located just 200 meters from the town center, 300 meters from the supermarket, 500 meters from the bus station, and a short 600-meter walk from the sandy beach, you have everything at your fingertips. Golf enthusiasts can practice their swing at the Empordà Golf Club, located 9 km away. Flaçà Train Station is 25 km away, and Girona-Costa Brava Airport is 55 km away.
The accommodation features an elevator for easy access, a 5 m² balcony, an iron, a safe for your valuables, air conditioning for your comfort (hot and cold), and a shared swimming pool for a refreshing swim. Outdoor parking is available for 1 car. Entertainment is provided with a TV, and internet access is available for an additional fee (€10/day).
