This apartment in L'Estartit has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people. This pleasant, newly built unit covers 55 m² and offers seafront views.
Located in a residential area by the sea, the property is ideally situated 200 m from the sandy beach of La Platgeta, 300 m from the nature reserve of Illes Medes, Montgrí i Baix Ter, 800 m from the sandy beach Platja gran de L'Estartit and 800 m from the supermarket.
The accommodation features a 20 m² terrace and a TV for your entertainment. The open-plan ceramic hob kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, and a juicer.
Bed linen is included in the rental price, and towels can be added to your reservation for an additional €5 per person. Internet access can be provided if required (€10/day, subject to availability).
