This charming holiday apartment, located on the Paseo Marítimo, offers the most impressive views of the sea and the picturesque village of L'Estartit.
Please note that the price includes a parking space at the Nautical Club just in front of the apartment.
The interior features a fully renovated, open-concept kitchen that seamlessly integrates with the living and dining areas. Equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and ceramic hob, this kitchen allows you to enjoy cooking while watching the boats come and go in the harbor.
The apartment's layout includes a suite with a private bathroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, and another separate bathroom. There's also a washing machine for added convenience during your stay.
The living-dining room has a double sofa bed and a fan to ensure a pleasant atmosphere. From the terrace, you can enjoy magnificent views of the port of L'Estartit and the sea, creating a perfect space to relax and enjoy the sea breeze.
The rental includes bed linen, and optional towels can be added for an additional €5 per person. It's important to note that youth groups are not permitted, and parties or events are not permitted.
