This one in particular is located on the second floor of the building, right in front of the port and the Club Nàutic Estartit, a place to forget the car and enjoy a holiday where you can go everywhere on foot: near the beach, shops, restaurants, diving centers, and close to all the atmosphere of the Costa Brava.
On the rooftop of the building, there is a communal pool and a children's pool with the best views of the Costa Brava. Bed linen is included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when booking for a cost of €5 per person. There are stairs before accessing the building.
The Nàutic apartments have an elevator from the floor, as well as a swimming pool, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning/heating. El Volanti restaurant is located on the ground floor. There is no parking available. Wake up every morning to the best sea views in L'Estartit!
