Recently renovated terraced house, very central and close to Torrecilla beach. It comprises a large living-dining room with a well-equipped open kitchen on the ground floor, two bedrooms, one with a 1.35m bed and a 1.05m single bed, the other bedroom with a trundle bed. Both bedrooms have a TV and a bathroom with a shower upstairs. The living room also has a TV with national and international channels and a sofa bed. At the entrance of the house, a large courtyard with terrace furniture, the house has a terrace with sea views where there are two sun loungers, a table and chairs. It is accessed by a staircase from the small patio located next to the kitchen. Equipped with air conditioning/heating in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and a washing machine. Suitable for 4-6 people. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed, with an additional cleaning fee of 30 euros.
