Welcome to L'Estartit! This 50 m², two-bedroom apartment offers comfortable space for 4/5 people. The layout includes a bedroom separated from the living room by a curtain, ensuring both privacy and a cozy atmosphere.
The apartment offers street views. Stepping outside, you are only 500 meters from the sandy beaches, making it an ideal location for sunny days and sunset strolls; with a supermarket just 300 meters away and the town center one kilometer away, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and local exploration.
For golf enthusiasts, the Empordà Golf Club is just 9 km away. Transport is accessible, with Flaçà train station 22 km away and Girona – Costa Brava Airport a convenient 55 km away.
