Located 200 m from the supermarket and the sandy beach, this apartment ensures easy access to essentials and seaside relaxation. The town center is only 1.5 km away, and for golf lovers, Empordà Golf is just 9 km away.
Transport is convenient, with Flaçà train station 25 km away and Girona-Costa Brava Airport just 55 km from your door. Nestled in a suburb, the apartment offers a peaceful getaway.

The open-plan kitchen with a butane gas cooking system is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer.
