Welcome to our charming two-bedroom house in L'Estartit, which can accommodate up to four people. With a total surface area of 50 m², this lovely house offers a comfortable and welcoming space for your vacation.
The property offers views of the garden and pool, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Ideally located just 100 meters from the supermarket, the house is in a residential area, offering a peaceful environment for your stay.
The accommodation includes a terrace with chairs and a table, as well as a shared garden. A barbecue is available for those who enjoy outdoor grilling. Guests can also enjoy the shared swimming pool, including a children's pool, for a refreshing swim on hot days.
Inside, the house is well-equipped with a butane gas kitchen and essential appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and juicer.
For entertainment, a television is provided in the living room. Internet access is available subject to availability (€10/day), allowing you to stay connected during your vacation.
The house is ideally located, with the sandy beach of L'Estartit just 3 km away. Furthermore, the Empordà Golf Club is 9 km away, offering golf enthusiasts the opportunity to practice their favorite pastime.
