Old 19th century fisherman's house renovated with great aesthetic sense and sustainable materials, preserving its essence and origin.
It has 2 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 5 people.
The ground floor has a large space for the kitchen, dining room and living room, a small patio and a bathroom.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed, while the second large bedroom has a partition for a smaller double bed and a single bed. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor.
The house is equipped with TV, internet (Wi-Fi), sound bar and central heating. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle and juicer, iron and ironing board.
Casa Rosa is located in a charming area of the old town of L'Escala, 250 m from the beach, a former fishing port that is now surrounded by good restaurants, bars and cafes.
The renovation of this house was one of the works selected by the jury of the Girona Architecture Awards in 2019.
Bed linen is included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when booking for €4 per person.
