A very spacious house with stunning countryside views. Ideal for families.
Beautiful villa with swimming pool and panoramic views of the Tramuntana Mountains, halfway between Campanet and Inca. You can reach the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia in about 20 minutes.
The house is built in a very comfortable style. Through the wide porch with outdoor furniture you reach the house, it has a private pool, which you can completely close for maximum protection for children.
The house has a living/dining room, where you can find everything you need, such as satellite TV, CD and DVD player, and Wi-Fi. An open kitchen with access to the back of the house. There is another large terrace with a barbecue area, and a bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen even includes a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The house has three bedrooms, all with 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.
The finca is located approximately 3 km from the town of Inca Leather. There you will find supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and a cultural center.
For golf lovers: Aucanada Golf and Golf Pollença are just a 20-minute drive away.
