With a privileged location, just 50 meters from the sandy beach of L'Estartit and surrounded by amenities, this accommodation combines comfort and convenience in a lively and central environment.
Our apartment features three spacious and bright bedrooms, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. You can relax on your private terrace, enjoying views of the pool and the vibrant surroundings.
The location is unbeatable: just 50 meters from the sandy beach "l'Estartit", 100 meters from the supermarket and a wide variety of restaurants, and 1 km from the natural park "Illes Medes, Montgrí i Baix Ter", perfect for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts. Located right in the city center, you will have easy access to all local attractions.
Facilities and services include an elevator for easy access, a private terrace for enjoying the outdoors, and amenities such as a washing machine and iron.
